So what inspired me to become a mentor?
My Vision!
I would dedicate my journey to the vision I held when I started. I envisioned elevating the standard of every indian household by building WEALTHY LEADERS to make india the next super power by transforming the education, employment, and empowerment by getting students into top B-schools like IIMs, FMS, TISS, and more in one attempt.
I had my career aspirations aligned with getting into top B-schools. After facing multiple rejections over 3-4 years, I finally cracked prestigious institutions like IIM, TISS, NMIMS, and SYMBIOSIS in the same year. Then, I joined the HRM-LR program of TISS, Mumbai. This achievement was monumental, but it also sparked a new direction for my life.
One day, as I embarked on my master's journey, someone approached me for help in their MBA preparation. Back then, I was just starting out, but I had a vision—to help and serve others. That’s when my journey as a mentor began, and the seeds of my mission to empower MBA aspirants were sown.
Back then, my goal was to train people and impact their careers significantly. I started with my co-founders - Vishal Ranka, Rinku Joshi, Garima Modi, and Rinku Joshi. We formed a dedicated team and poured our hearts into this mission.
Our first batch consisted of 30 students, and remarkably, 90% of them got selected into top B-schools in just one attempt. This success was a testament to our commitment and the effectiveness of our approach.
I was very young and passionate about starting this journey. Our aim was to provide mentorship and support that could transform lives. We used a free logo generator to create our first logo, which we later changed as we grew and evolved.
In 2012, I failed my 11th standard exams
And was trying to figure out my career on my own after 12th.
In 2015, I was not getting any opportunities to work, no recognition, and was anxious about my future. In my second year, I realized I had to do an MBA from a top college if I wanted a good career.
Until 2017, I relied on self-studies and online resources like YouTube and WhatsApp groups. This led to a difficult situation. I struggled due to lack of guidance, failed to appear for exams, and lacked the mentorship needed for success. Although I cleared entrance exams, I failed the final rounds due to poor communication and presentation skills. It was the worst time of my life, filled with uncertainty and fear for my future.
What comes next is the reason that made me who I am today.
At one point, a close relative asked me, "How can someone spend 3 years studying 6-8 hours a day, 6-7 days a week, and still not crack even one top MBA college?"
This was a wake-up call. When you hit rock bottom, you can either give up or give it your all.
Without clarity on which exams to take, the capability to clear cut-offs, or confidence for final rounds, you don’t become a deserving candidate for selection in a top MBA college—you become a fearful aspirant, taking multiple attempts and working hard without success.
I decided that enough was enough. I surrendered to the process completely, dedicating myself 100% to transform my life.
