You might be wondering... how did I land on this mission, and how did I achieve all of this in my own life?
So, here's MY STORY....
Dear Parents & Students,
I come from a humble beginning, with dreams no different than yours, like getting into a top B-school and building a successful career.
But my journey wasn’t easy.
After facing multiple rejections for 3–4 years, I finally cracked IIM, TISS, NMIMS, and Symbiosis all in the same year.
I went on to join the prestigious HRM-LR program at TISS Mumbai with a scholarship, and today, I’m pursuing a management program from Wharton Executive Education (Ivy League).
This achievement changed my life, but it also gave me a new purpose.
One day, as I started my master’s journey, someone asked me for guidance in their MBA preparation.
Back then, I had no idea this simple request would become the seed of my mission: to help ambitious students achieve their dream admits in just 1 attempt.
With a vision to transform lives through mentorship, I teamed up with my co-founders: Vishal Ranka, Rinku Joshi, and Garima Modi.
Together, we started small but with a big dream.
Our first-ever batch had just 30 students, yet 90% of them cracked top B-schools in 1 attempt. This success was a testament to our commitment and the effectiveness of our approach.
That success became our proof that personalised mentorship works
I was young, passionate, and ready to serve. We even created our first logo using a free logo generator, not knowing that one day, VAIR Community™ would grow into India’s most trusted admission ecosystem.
In 2012, I failed my 11th standard exams.
I was just another confused teenager trying to figure out my career after 12th, teaching school kids, teaching dance, and managing small events in my hometown just to get by.
By 2015, things got worse. I had no opportunities, no recognition, and constant anxiety about my future.
In my 2nd year of college, I realized if I wanted a meaningful career, I had to get into a top MBA college.
But until 2017, I made the same mistake so many students make, joining generic, one-size-fits-all mass coaching and relying on random online resources like YouTube and WhatsApp groups.
The result?
❌ I failed to crack my dream B-schools in 1 attempt.
❌ I ended up wasting 3–4 crucial years.
❌ I was still stuck, confused, underprepared, and without the right guidance to succeed.
One day, a close relative looked at me and said, "How can someone spend 3 years studying 6–8 hours a day, 6–7 days a week, and still not crack even one top MBA college?"
That question hit me hard. It was my wake-up call.
I decided enough was enough.
I completely surrendered to the process, dedicated myself 100%, and rebuilt myself from scratch.
This experience made me realise a harsh truth!
Without clarity on which exams to take, the capability to crack cut-offs, and the confidence for final rounds, you never become a deserving candidate for top B-schools. You just become a fearful aspirant, stuck in multiple attempts and endless struggles.
What happened next completely changed my life and became the reason I do what I do today.
