It was the year 2011. 1st January. 2 PM. I was in Class 10th, sitting and reading the career section of Rajasthan Patrika to decide which would be the right career path after 12th.
My friends & juniors had already decided. They were planning to go to Kota for JET, JEE, NEET preparation. But when I started reading about these exams, something started making me fearful. 15 lakh people competing for 3000 seats.
I started thinking, "What if I spend years preparing for this exam and still don’t crack it?
I saw parents investing ₹4 lakhs in Kota coaching, accommodation, dummy school & test, while their kids were getting emotionally drained in those mass coaching factories.
Then I started hearing about students doing suicide in Kota because of extreme pressure.
I was seeing frequent highlights of exam frauds, cancellations & paper leaks in government exams & competitive exams.
I heard conversations of my friends & their parents saying: “IIT JEE NEET prep was the worst decision of their life.” And slowly, one thought became very clear in my mind.
I don’t want to waste money, time, & energy on mass competitive exams like JEE, NEET, CA, CLAT or any govt-run competitive exams due to frauds, paper leaks & uncertainty.
But then came the bigger question. If not JEE, NEET, CA, CLAT or any govt. exam… What will I do after 12th?
But there was one problem. If not JEE, NEET, CA, CLAT or any govt. exams, what will I do after 12th?
How will I get a good job, financial stability & secured career? And more importantly, How do I trust broken competitive exam systems due to frauds, scams & paper leaks?
The problem was, everyone was preparing for these exams. Every relative. Every teacher. Everyone was suggesting the same thing.
“Go to Kota.”
“Prepare for JEE.”
“Prepare for NEET.”
My parents were getting confused. And they were looking at me to decide. But honestly, I was stuck & clueless. I had only one thought in my mind.
I wanted an opportunity where I could get 30 LPA, 100% placement & secured career.
I was thinking, What if there is an opportunity where there is no mass competition of 15–25 lakh people?
Where I don't have to waste my family's ₹4 lakh and my life years in readjustments & struggling for a job.
I was feeling, How will I get this opportunity for myself?
What if I could not get it?
What will I do for my life & family?
Have you ever felt this?
Things got worse. I had no one to guide me. The more research I was doing, the more confused I was getting.
I was wasting months achieving no clarity, no plan, & no actionable strategy. Then I was forced to join a local college where I did not have any job placement opportunity. And that made me feel hopeless & lost. But what hurt me even more was seeing my parents worried about my future.
They had already spent their life working hard for me. And now they were looking at me, expecting me to decide what I wanted to do with my life.
But I had no answer. I could see the tension.
What if I choose the wrong career?
What if I waste my family's money?
What if after spending years studying, I still don't get a good job?
What if I become financially dependent on my family?
These thoughts kept coming back to me.
My parents were panicking. They were getting frustrated. Meanwhile, my JEE, NEET students were giving re-attempts. Some joined normal colleges, investing ₹5–6L per year.
And I kept thinking, I don't want my parents to keep spending lakhs without knowing where it will lead. I don't want to see them worry about my career year after year. I don't want to come back to them after 4 or 5 years and say,
“I still don't know what I am going to do.”
That fear became very real for me. I knew I had to do something. Enough is enough. I cannot afford to waste any more second. I decided to set a goal for myself.
I wanted to join a top college where I could get leadership, career, top package & world-class education. I wanted 30 LPA, 100% placement & secured career. But deep down, what I really wanted was much bigger. I wanted certainty in my career. I wanted to trust myself. And I wanted my family to finally feel relief about my future.
I wanted my parents to know that the money, time, and sacrifices they were making for me were not going to waste.
That became my aspiration. Have you also had the aspiration?

Then I found something that changed the way I was looking at my future.
IIM.
For the first time, I felt, Maybe this is the opportunity I was looking for.
I wanted to join IIM to get 30 LPA, 100% placement & secured career, while building a management leadership career. And when I researched more about IIM, something stood out to me.
ZERO. Paper leaks. ZERO. Cancellation. ZERO. Frauds. ZERO. Center misuse.
Since 1966, NOT EVEN A SINGLE INCIDENT.
The management of exams was through TCS iON centers, not govt authorities. And the competition was only around 3 lakh students, which was the lowest in India.
IIMs offered the kind of career opportunity I was looking for.
30K to 1.15 Cr package.
It was open for all streams.
It could lead to Future 500 jobs, Business Leadership & Safest Career. And there was another thing that gave me confidence. Public institutions/banks support students' fees.
Suddenly, I could see a different possibility for my life.
I didn't have to follow what everyone else was doing. I didn't have to blindly enter the same race.
I had found a path that made sense to me. So I made a decision. I will prepare for IIM. I started preparing for the IIM Aptitude Test, CAT.
I enrolled in coaching to prepare for Math, English & Reasoning. And I kept one goal in my mind. Crack IIM.
For the first time in months, I felt clear, motivated & excited. I finally felt like, Maybe I have found my opportunity. Have you also felt this?
But I could not crack IIM despite putting 4 years.
That’s when I realized what had gone wrong. I got stuck in general, incomplete mass offline coaching.
They trained me for the aptitude test, but not for the application rounds & selection round. Because of that, I did not get shortlisted due to weak SOP, profile & certification in top IIMs.
And some colleges I could not convert because I lacked the skills for interview, WAT, & PI.
I had already spent 4 years. I didn’t want to waste another 6-7M in offline coaching. So I decided, I need something different.
I needed, 121 mentorship from IIM experts, alumni, & professors, Complete customized training for aptitude, application & selection rounds and Holistic profile transformation for SOP, profile & certification.
And that’s when I realized: IIM selection is not just about the aptitude test. It is about preparing for the entire selection process.

I cannot explain in words how important my mentors are in my life.
They are one of the key reasons why I became a mentor today.
Their guidance, wisdom, and support have been instrumental in shaping my journey and my mission to empower youth today.
This transformation changed everything.
I cracked the cut-offs for IIM, NMIMS, Symbiosis & TISS.
I got the golden opportunity to be among the Top 60 students in the whole country to receive a prestigious scholarship from the Tata Group.
After that, I worked with Cipla, CMS, Compton, VVF, DRL & Accenture.
But my journey did not stop there.
After founding VAIR, we educated 30,000+ families.

But none of this is the reason I am telling you my story.
There is a much bigger reason.
The reason I want to share all the secrets, strategies, & steps with you is because I am on a mission to make India the next superpower.
A mission to make sure students don't get trapped in JEE, NEET, CUET, SAT, CA etc.
A mission to help students get into IIM through 121 mentorship, customized training & holistic profile transformation.
After everything I had experienced, I realized something. My problem was not just my problem.
Millions of India's educated youth were facing the same problem. They were getting trapped in generic, incomplete, mass IIT, NEET, CUET & SAT coachings.
Students were spending years. Families were investing lakhs. And India's educated youth were losing their time, money, energy & opportunities. I could not just sit back and watch this happen. Because I had experienced it myself.
I knew what it felt like to be confused, stuck & clueless. I knew what it felt like to spend 4 years and still realize that the preparation was incomplete. And that is when I decided to build something bigger.
Something that could transform India's education, employment & empowerment.
Our Vision is simple.
To give students 121 mentorship, customized training & holistic profile transformation to crack IIM in 1 attempt. Because I believe students don't need another mass coaching factory. They need the right mentorship, the right training and the right transformation.
And our Mission is even bigger.
To make India the next superpower by getting students in IIM for transforming India's education, employment & empowerment. This is no longer just about one student getting into IIM. It is about creating a generation of educated, empowered & future-ready leaders who can transform India.
That is the India Superpower Movement.
I got the opportunity I was looking for.
Now, I want to create that opportunity for millions of students. Through 1-Attempt Admission Model: 121 mentorship, customized training & holistic profile transformation. Not just to crack IIM.
But to build India's next generation of leaders. That is my way of giving back.
I value the students who give 100% devotion and surrender to their mentors and systems for the betterment of their parents' lives and their own career growth.
When I say, "Your life is your 100% responsibility," I truly mean it. I realized that there is so much beyond just cracking top B-schools. It's all about making a difference!
I'm on track for that. Hop in and travel on this journey with me.
